Sudanese journalists escape violence [5:00]

Many journalists trapped in Sudan are facing threats from both the Sudan Armed Forces and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces. Hussein Saad, who escaped from White Nile State to Kenya via South Sudan, described his journey as tough. He told VOA’s John Tanza that men in uniform confiscated his money and mobile phone at checkpoints during his escape by road to South Sudan.
