Kenyan Afropop Band Sauti Sol Announce Hiatus, Embark on Final Tour
Award winning Kenyan band Sauti Sol is taking a break after almost two decades in the music business. The group of four which is currently on their final world tour as a band announced via their Instagram page that the break represented a new beginning for Sauti Sol, adding that the strong bond of friendship between the band members will continue to be the driving force behind their future projects. During their Washington DC stop, Sauti Sol sat down with Red Carpet’s Jackson Mvunganyi for a wide-ranging conversation about their break and what the future holds for them individually.
