FESPACO Opens in Burkina Faso
Burkina Faso lives to the rhythm of Fespaco in a security context marked by a recent resurgence of terrorist attacks on its soil. The opening ceremony of the 28th edition of the Panafrican Film and Television Festival of Ouagadougou took place over the weekend in the Burkinabè capital in the presence of the Burkinabè and Malian Prime Ministers. The fight against terrorism was at the center of the speeches and the spectacle served to the public and the world of cinema present at the Palais des sports in Ouaga 2000. Here is the report by our special correspondents in Ouagadougou Yacouba Ouédraogo and Thierry Kaoré.
