Mike Hove
Mike Hove is an international multimedia journalist with over 10 years' broadcast experience with full proficiency in radio, television and digital.
In the VOA Africa Division, Hove is responsible for hosting and producing youth-related multimedia content for all of VOA’s multiple platforms.
Before joining VOA’s English-to-Africa service, Hove hosted and produced a tri-lingual “Radio on TV” program for the Zimbabwe Service where he discussed a range of youth related social and economic issues, featuring prominent guests from southern Africa, among them are international touring music producer DJ Stavo and Ntandoyenkosi Kunene, the winner of the Miss South Africa pageant in 2016.
Hove started his U.S. broadcasting career in Minnesota in 2015 where he was the host of “First Class” on KFAI-FM where he featured several prominent African figures, among them Ghanaian artist and entrepreneur M.anifest.
