South Sudan Minister Seeks $9M for Juba's Water [2:40]
On this World Water Day, South Sudan’s National Minister for Water Resources and Irrigation, Pal Mai Deng, says the ministry depends on partners for service delivery in the capital Juba. He says his request for $9 million for provision of clean water in the capital will be approved by the council of ministers. Juliana Siapai reports for VOA from Juba.
