On VOA60: Mozambican authorities say at least 97 people died in the southern African nation, including children, after a makeshift ferry boat which was carrying about 130 people sank on the north coast. Plus, Rwandan President Paul Kagame on Sunday led a commemoration ceremony which marked the 30th anniversary of a genocide which occurred in the East African nation in 1994.
