The United States Monday is observing its second "Juneteenth" federal holiday, a day set aside to celebrate the contributions of black culture while remembering June 19, 1865, where soldiers arrived in the island city of Galveston, Texas to inform slaves in bondage that they were free. For more, reporter Greg Flakus took to the streets of Galveston where he spoke to people about the contributions of black people to U.S. history and the significance of the holiday.
