Some leaders in South Sudan say U.S. President Joe Biden's decision to end his pursuit of a second term provides encouragement to women across Africa. The move came comes barely a day after Biden endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic party flag bearer in the upcoming elections.
