U.S. Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield on Monday condemned ongoing fighting between Sudan’s army and the Rapid Support Forces paramilitary group that has claimed around 200 lives and further derailed the country’s democratic transition. Thomas-Greenfield urged an immediate end to hostilities.
