UN: Increased military spending fueling global conflict

The special representative of the U.N. secretary general on sexual violence in conflict says increases in military spending worldwide is leading to more conflicts in the world with conflicts in Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo some of the worst for women and children - needing billions of dollars.
