Ugandan University students have petitioned Parliament over the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project. EACOP is an 897 miles crude export pipeline system that will be constructed to transport crude oil from Uganda to a maritime port facility in Tanzania. Douglas Mpuga reports
