Ugandan Presidential Candidate's Academic Record Questioned

Opponents of Ugandan presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi, known as Bobi Wine, are petitioning the Ugandan Electoral Commission to verify Wine's academic credentials and age. For Daybreak Africa, VOA’s James Butty spoke to Joel Ssenyonyi, a spokesman for Wine’s party, who said opponents are trying to discredit Wine.
