Jonglei state health minister Lual Monyluak is warning the commissioner of Akobo County, Puok Nyang, to stop inciting residents to block the national and state ministries of health from providing services in the county. Monyluak tells VOA’s John Tanza that the Akobo county commissioner allegedly incited chiefs and community leader to reject and chase non-profit groups from the county.
