Calm has returned to KajoKeji County and Yumbe district of Uganda after days of an illegal road construction from Gobor to Nyaingamuda, a local area in Bori boma of Kajokeji County. South Sudan authorities say they stopped the construction because Uganda did not seek their permission to pave a road inside South Sudan territory. VOA's Denis Logonyi reports from Juba.
