South Sudan dryland taxes

Some passengers traveling from Kampala to South Sudan's capital, Juba, are accusing the customs officials at the dry land port in Rajaf of taxing their personal items. The customs office says some people disguise themselves as government officials dodge taxes. Denis Logonyi has more from Juba.
