Somali American Scoops US Business Award
Abdirahman Kahin, a Somali American chain restaurant owner based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was recently awarded the National Small Businessperson of the year of 2023 award by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Kahin immigrated to the U.S. in 1996, opened his first business in 2010 and 13 years later owns four chain restaurants.
