Rights watchdog pushes South Sudan

Officials from the Commission on Human Rights in South Sudan are meeting with the African Union commission, the regional Inter-Governmental Authority on Development, regional and international diplomats, and civil society and humanitarian groups on the situation in South Sudan. Commissioner Barney Afako tells VOA’s John Tanza that urgent steps are still required to establish the hybrid court for South Sudan and strengthen domestic criminal justice systems.
