Research company predicts no outright winner in South Africa elections, coalition govt
The outcome of South Africa's election has been a topic of speculation and debate over the weeks. However, the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research says it is able to accurately predict the outcome of elections by studying voter patterns from previous elections. The group's strategic partnership manager, Ndumiso Cingo, tells VOA's Paul Ndiho that his organization can predict the outcome of the election within a two percent margin of error.
