Kiir Urges Peaceful Governance; UN Calls for Stability in South Sudan [4:24]

Speaking at the ongoing Governors’ Forum in Juba, South Sudan President Salva Kiir urged state governors to implement the 2018 peace deal and govern according to the country’s constitution and law. The United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Representative for South Sudan also called on state governors to consolidate peace and stability at the forum.
