Kenya Ruto Promises Smooth Administration Transition

Kenya’s former Deputy President William Ruto Monday gave his first address as President elect during which the newly elected leader assured citizens that he would oversee a smooth transition from President Uhuru Kenyatta’s administration to his own and promised to run an inclusive government.
