Kenya’s Cabinet Secretary Speaks on Sudan Conflict and More
Musalia Mudavadi, Kenya’s Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs on Thursday dismissed allegations that the East African nation is taking sides in the ongoing conflict in Sudan between the Sudanese Armed Forces, SAF, and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces, RSF. The sentiments by the Kenyan representative were passed after SAF chief Abdel Fattah al-Burhan vowed to continue fighting RSF, rejected peace efforts and criticized African leaders for receiving Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, the leader of the paramilitary group.
