SSudan's Jonglei Authorities Urge Improved Security [4:13]

Jonglei State authorities are calling on the national government to help beef up security in the area so that road construction projects and humanitarian operations are not disrupted by what they call "criminal" elements and saboteurs. State Information Minister John Samuel Manyuon tells VOA's Nabeel Biajo that repeated attacks on humanitarian workers and their assets over the past week are hampering development and humanitarian operations in his state.
