Israel, Hamas Agree to Cease-Fire Extension
Israel and the Hamas militant group announced Monday their agreement to a two-day cease-fire extension, starting after hostages from the initial cease-fire were released over the weekend. This comes after both sides raised concerns over the lists of Israeli hostages and Palestinian prisoners still yet to be exchanged. VOA’s Esther Githui-Ewart spoke to reporter Ricki Rosen in Tel Aviv, Israel about the announcement.
