Belgium's King Philippe is on a historic six-day visit to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a nation formerly subjugated by Belgium. The visit comes two years after Philippe expressed to Congolese President Felix Tshisekedi his "deepest regrets" for the "wounds" of colonization.
