IGAD Urges SSudan's Government to Resolve Upper Nile Conflict [3:48]

The Intergovernmental Authority on Development trade bloc of African countries has called on South Sudan’s top leadership to address the conflict in Upper Nile State. The executive secretary of IGAD also called on regional leaders to intervene and use their leverage to ensure that no entity or individual undermines the peace and stability of South Sudan.
