Health Report: Tanzanian hospital trains ambassadors to identify obstetric fistula
The World Health Organization estimates that about two million women across sub-Saharan Africa and in Asia live with untreated obstetric fistula because of the shame and misconceptions that exist about it. A hospital in Tanzania is now training ambassadors who look for patients and help them access free treatment. Saida Swaleh reports from Dar es Salaam.
