HBCUs Don’t Exclusively Serve Students of African Descent, Professor Says

While historically Black colleges and universities in the United States “mainly” serve students of African descent, they don’t excessively do so, according to Krista Johnson, a professor and director of Howard University’s Center for African Studies.
