Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo and top government officials including former presidents will file past the remains of former president Jerry John Rawlings on Tuesday. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to former Ghanaian envoy Joseph Hayford about Rawlings who died in November.
