Dialogue with the rebels is the way to go says a DRC former governor

Authorities in the DRC are offering a 5-million-dollar reward for help in arresting rebel leaders, as government forces struggle to contain their advance. Hubert Kabasu Babu Katulondi former Governor of Kasai Province in the Democratic Republic of the Congo tells VOA’s Yeheyes Wuhib instead of imposing bounty’s face to face dialogue would be much more preferable.
