Communities push back on governor's orders

Community leaders and non-governmental groups are criticizing an order by Jonglei state Governor Mahjoub Biel suspending all meetings in the state for one month. The governor cited security concerns as the reason for the move, but community leaders and NGO representatives argue the order is an overreach and limits vital communication and coordination needed to address pressing issues within the community.
