Civil society groups call for ceasefire and peace in eastern DRC

In the DRC, national and regional civil society groups are calling on leaders from the Southern African Development Community (SADC) to respect the global call for a ceasefire and peace in the eastern part of the country. Patrick Kikandi of the Congo Peace Network tells VOA's Peter Clottey that the killings and the displacement of women and children must stop.
