Cash-Strapped Congolese Struggle as Election Nears
Five years after graduating with a diploma in computer network maintenance, 27-year-old Georges Bamue still navigates the streets of Democratic Republic of Congo's capital as a motorcycle taxi rider, unable to find a job or raise funds to start a business in his field. Emma Jehle of Reuters reports that Bamue, who said he voted in 2018, is giving the vote one more chance, hoping for a change.
