Burundi Evaluates Ethnic Quota System

Burundi’s senate has officially launched an evaluation of the ethnic quota system that gives Hutu and Tutsi, the two main Burundi ethnic groups, to share positions in government. This is the first time an attempt to evaluate the system has been made in more than 20 years. Moses Havyarimana reports.
