Analysts: Islamic State cells expanding beyond Africa’s Sahel region

In late February, Moroccan authorities broke up a 12-member terror cell linked to Islamic State in the Sahel, while in November, another terror ring allegedly aligned with the group was dismantled in Spain. Analysts warn these crackdowns could signal the group is expanding beyond Africa's Sahel region. Henry Wilkins report
