Analyst: RSF Leader Wants To Be Sudan's Statesman

Sudan's RSF leader Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, who was in Kenya on Wednesday, said he’s open to an unconditional ceasefire through talks with the Sudanese army. A nine-month war has devastated Sudan’s infrastructure and prompted warnings of famine. Sudanese analyst Jihad Mashamoun tells VOA'S Carol Van Dam that Dagalo only recently surfaced in public.
