Analyst: Kenyan Police Not Prepared for Haiti Gang Face Off
The United Nations Security Council on Monday approved the deployment of an international force for Haiti. Kenya has offered to lead the international force to help Haitian government fight the armed gangs but one expert observing political developments in Haiti is doubting that a Kenya-led international forces will have the capacity to curb ongoing violent crime instigated by gangs in the Caribbean nation.
