Additional security, police called in to Washington DC ahead of US Inauguration
Security is tight in and around Capitol Hill as preparations for the 60th inauguration Monday continue. President-elect Trump will be sworn-in January 20th, which coincides with the Martin Luther King Junior Holiday. Outgoing U.S. President Joe Biden says his strong leadership has laid the groundwork for the incoming Trump administration. VOA's Paul Ndiho speaks live with host Esther Githui Ewart.
