On Daybreak Africa: On Monday, Sudan’s army chief Abdel Fattah al-Burhan rejected in the defacto capital Port Sudan the possible formation of a government. It was planned to be announced on Tuesday by paramilitary Rapid Support forces and allied politicians. Plus, conditions are worsening for children and aid workers in the rebel-controlled DR Congo cities of Goma and Bukavu.
