US, Security Council condemn Rwanda, M23 rebels for DRC conflict
The United States government has condemned Rwanda and the M23 rebel group for continued hostilities in the eastern DRC. The condemnation came during an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council in its efforts to de-escalate violence in the region. Moses Havyarimana reports
