US contraband cars caravan to Africa

Most people encounter Customs and Border Protection agents when they enter the United States at land border crossing or airports. But those agents are also responsible for inspecting goods leaving the country. VOA’s chief national correspondent, Steve Herman, reports from the Port of Baltimore about a significant trade in stolen vehicles leaving the U.S. for Africa.
