President Biden pledges US partnership with Africa
On day three of his visit to Angola, U.S. President Joe Biden is expected to tour the Lobito Port Terminal and participate in the Lobito Corridor Trans-Africa Summit Wednesday. The president said Tuesday that the end of his administration also marks the beginning of a new relationship between the U.S. and Africa.
