An update on Namibia’s election

Namibia’s electoral Commission allowed the country’s voters to cast their ballots on Saturday -- days after polls were scheduled to have closed. Administrative challenges, equipment failures and long lines, and local media reports, made it difficult for voters to participate in the elections.
