Zambian activist urges parliamentary term limits
In Zambia, a leading Pan African governance activist is calling for a constitutional amendment that sets term limits for members of parliament. Sikwindi Situla says the move will broaden the political space for other citizens to participate in governance. His suggestion has generated a debate across the country.
