Mathias Kiwanuka is a former NFL player and two-time Super Bowl champion with the New York Giants. He talks to me about his plans help develop football and other sports in Uganda and across Africa. Sierra Leonean hip-hop legend Kao Denero has been making waves in the music scene for over 20 years, using his voice to speak out on social and political issues in his country. In our chat, he opens up about his latest album, Heroes—a 15-track tribute to Africa’s Pan-African heroes, like Sekou Touré, and the message he hopes it sends.
