Analyst: Kenya right to seek more funds for Haiti peacekeeping mission
An analyst says he believes Kenya has a strong reason to ask the international community to finance its peacekeeping effort, especially in Haiti where he says there has been a breakdown of law and order. Samer Shehata is associate professor of Middle Eastern studies at the University of Oklahoma.
