Rwanda, Congo peace talks set to resume in Angola
Peace talks between the governments of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Rwanda are scheduled to resume in Angola's capital, Luanda, this week. Although the Angolan-led process has international support, analysts say that the agreements are routinely violated, and there seems to be no accountability.
