Some African immigrants in Governor Tim Walz’s state of Minnesota say they are delighted with his selection as Vice President Kamala Harris’ running mate. Wynfred Russell is an immigrant of Liberian descent and a former council member of Brooklyn Park, the fourth largest city in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan area.
