Liberia’s Police chief defends deployment in Monrovia
The Liberia National Police has been explaining why it deployed riot police throughout the capital, Monrovia on Monday, including at the headquarters of the opposition Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC). The CDC says the police violated their constitutional right.
