Some South Sudanese who fled Sudan’s conflict say hunger is forcing some of them to return to Sudan in search of better living conditions. The UN refugee agency says it is aware of the move but cannot interfere with people’s choices. Mamer Abraham Kuot reports for VOA from Malakal
