Analyst: opportunity in South Sudan peace talks amid election uncertainty [5:58]

South Sudan researcher Joshua Craze, who visited the ongoing peace talks between South Sudan's government and opposition groups in Nairobi, says there's a real opportunity to address important issues at the talks. However, with elections scheduled for December, the government has little time and might be seeking a consensus to postpone the vote. He told VOA's Nabeel Biajo from Nairobi that opposition groups appear divided on their objectives.
